Imitation shows you notice your child's good behaviors. This makes your child want to keep doing what they're doing. In this situation, you won't be able to imitate while your child plays with friends. Use playtime to imitate any nice play and prosocial behavior. This will help them with friends.
Remember that imitation is most helpful when you also use the other PC-CARE skills.
