Recognize the behavior:
Takes too long to get dressed.
Identify what you want to see:
Picking out clothes quickly.
Use the Skill:
Possible praise: “Great job getting dressed quickly!” Possible negative consequence: not getting to choose their own outfit the next day.

Consistent consequences are only for effective commands. Try to use other skills before a command and consequence. If you give a command, make sure your negative consequences make sense.
Remember that commands and consistent consequences should only be used when your other PC-CARE skills don't work.
